I think that's a good first strike... we can certainly reimplement it
with what we know. A simple, "Hey, we noticed that Google Notifier
very elegantly handles copying itself to Applications is the user
runs it from the disk image. That'd be a great thing to have as
widespread behavior for OS X apps - would you consider releasing the
code which handles it under an open source license? Love, Colin."
