Hey Folks,

    So, in general, we have less time than we need. And more tickets 
than we'd like. So, here's what I'd like to start doing, involving the 
community in helping to troubleshoot more where possible.

    One of the things we can do is utilize our forum users/irc users 
more. So, on that note, if you have an issue you need reproduced, please 
post about it in this thread on the forums:

    If they can get us the logs we need/feedback we need without you 
guys spending a lot of time on an issue like we do in some instances, 
that'd probably help some.
