Porting libpurple plugin: newbie question

Hi Ben,

I started working on a port of the SIPE libpurple plugin[1] a couple of years ago but gave up after my initial attempts. I committed my work back to the SIPE project and it seems others have worked on the Adium plug-in since then.

There are no pre-built binaries of the plugin -- you'll have to build it from source. But there are instructions in the SIPE repository, so you'll need to look over there. I know others have had success building the latest version of SIPE against Adium 1.5...
