1.5 Release

The change log in HEAD has (X/X/2011) as the date for release.  I think we should update that and build a new disk image with the real release date.

I made some minor tweaks and added a contribute/donate paragraph at the bottom; it looks good to me.

I've gone through the change log, made some edits (mostly for average-user readability), and updated the date to reflect a release of tomorrow.
