Got an account, but seems I don't need it (I think, not 100% sure yet).
The repo ignores the WordPress files, which makes perfect sense as it would reveal the MySQL connection details in plain-text in config.php, so I cannot install the plugin myself.
So from the looks of it someone has to do the following:
Login into a FTP client
Upload the theme-preview.php file from http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/theme-preview/ into the wp-contents/plugins directory
Activate the plugin on the "Plugins" page inside WP admin
And then *hopefully* I can create a second template in the repo which can then be previewed by adding the ?preview_theme=my-theme-name on live website.
