It's an unfair comparison, since the Duck silhouette presented is missing its shoulders. Imagine comparing that human silhouette to its head portion only; it would be like a person silhouette vs. a rough circle.

I agree that of those designs, that person silhouette is the strongest and that Duck silhouette the weakest, but a better Duck silhouette is possible. (I'll leave it to the icon designers to decide whether pursuing one is a good use of their time.)
