Trac down, Cappuccino down

Judging from the traceback, I'd guess that the Postgres config is also set to have the daemon listen to the old IP.

Might be worth it to grep for the old IP over everything in /etc (and wherever cPanel puts its generated files) to make sure we catch everything.
