Thanks for your explanation.

I suggest patch that fixes fadomatic javascript licensing issue
by replacing line "The fading javascript is not covered in this license.
The code is fadomatic and is covered under its own license as set by its author."
with fadomatic author information and its license.

Patch can be applied after converting EOL's with mac2unix.
Also this patch fixes non-UTF-8 symbols ℠ and §.
