Updating PSMTabBarControl

[Zachary West]

My modified version was committed by David in
http://code.google.com/p/maccode/source/detail?r=279. Not sure where
Steve's changes are located. I probably should have referenced which
revision in the repository it was, but it was pulling from the official
repository for sure.
