AIM client_login

The plot thickens. It seems after their downtime yesterday Adium's devID is no longer working: http://trac.adium.im/ticket/15244, causing all clientLogin login attempts to fail.

http://pidgin.im/pipermail/devel/2011-May/010361.html might be relevant here, though I do not know if they did reach an agreement eventually.

As 1.4.2 is about to be released, maybe we should revert to the old method again until we can at least investigate?
