Google Talk now supports XMPP Jingle

Yeah, that page is rather horribly out of date. http://adium.im/help/pgs/AdvancedFeatures-FileTransfer.html is somewhat better, but still not perfect. Maybe we should delete the trac page so people find the help instead?
