I think the website I linked to has a limit of 10 or so time zones, but I don't think you'll hit that.
I would go ahead and add the US time zones since there are 3 that matter I think for adium (eastern, central, west, I do not think mountain comes into play). You can add these with the following cities: San Francisco, CA. Houston, TX. Atlanta, GA.
That should hopefully get you started.
