1.4.2 & missing localisations

Hey,

Robby and I were wondering what to do with localizations that aren't updated in time for 1.4.2. The ICQ and AIM (and to lesser extend, MSN) settings were changed, so for people using not updated nibs the settings would become unchangeable. I'm not very familiar with iLocalize, is there a way to force the nibs for all languages which aren't updated yet to update to the English layout?
