Localization of General Preferences

While trying to create a new project from b20, I got two errors with the following description:

    <dict>
        <key>description</key>
        <string>The document "GeneralPreferences.nib" could not be opened. An instance of SRRecorderControl could not be decoded.</string>
        <key>recovery-suggestion</key>
        <string>Ensure all plug-ins used to create this document have been loaded.</string>
    </dict>

So according to the messages, this does seems to have something to do with that plugin.
