Adium 1.4 cometh

We look forward to them when they're ready, but I don't think you should push to complete them on a deadline.  What we have currently in use is functional enough.  The shiny new icons can be included in a future minor update (e.g. 1.4.1) or could be saved to be introduced as part of a major update rollout (1.5) a bit further down the line.
