b19 message style problems

Yes, it's been a longstanding issue. Unfortunately, this issue was
only recently documented in the wiki.

I'm getting a 404 now, but in the past I've used
http://www.adiumxtras.com/get_list.php?cat=5 with curl (or wget) to
automate downloading each message style.
