Leopard-Ready Filetype Icons (Ticket #9392)

I've made quite a few updates to my previously submitted icons. I've redone the dock icon to bring the actual dock part a lot closer to the Leopard dock in appearance, although I still need the 512px flapping image to finish it off; Mr. Richie, have you been able to find anything?



I've also slightly redone the 16px states of all the icons I've done so far, making the page holes smaller, to give the actual content a bit more space and focus. I'm not sure of two of the actual designs, though: double or single for the menu bar, and :) or :D for the emoticon set? I think the Contact List Layout icon is final, so I've included the finished ICNS here.



I've also started work on an icon for Adium scripts. It completely ignores the consistency of the others, but it's based on OS X's standard script icon, which users already recognize, so I thought that this break in pattern was acceptable here, like with the plugin icon. This icon, unlike the others, does NOT have individually designed sizes; if you guys think they're necessary here, I'll do them.



As usual, any feedback on anything here, improvements I could make, as well as ideas for the remaining icons in the set (I'm really stuck on Contact List Themes, for example) is greatly appreciated.
