Icon update proposal

Chat window toolbar: All look good to me. I do prefer the chain-link version of the Add/Edit Link icon.

Preferences window toolbar: I prefer our current icons, with exceptions:
- Status: I could go either way. I prefer most of our current icons because they're Adiumy-themed, not generic icons. However, the DND door sign probably is clearer than a wooden sign with a clock on it.
- File Transfer: I prefer Bogdan's icon.
- Advanced: You could make a case that our current icon, with its “e=mc²” joke, scares people off from this pane. The plain gear might work better, even as non-descriptive as it is. (Especially consider that most of the preferences within that pane are not really that advanced, just niche and/or service-specific.)

Event action icons: Most of these are good, with exceptions:
- Script: I prefer our current icon.
- Speak: I think we need a new icon, but a bollard isn't it. A microphone doesn't make sense here, since it's output, not input. Might I suggest a pair of lips?
