URGENT: ICQ loginserver changed

Hello all,

Every minute someone comes into #adium and says ICQ cannot connect, we have
to tell them the new login server name and this is driving everyone insane.

Here is the ticket: http://trac.adium.im/ticket/14449 and can we fix this?
