I've just tried it in Pixelmator on a screenshot of the prefs window, and the yellow ink does not show up at all.

A good start, but the red and green need to be lighter.

I found that 0°, 100%, 100% for the red (at the tip) and 120°, 100%, 85% for the green worked fairly well, but there was still room for improvement.
