The problem was breakage in the project file caused by transplant putting changes (setting a prefix header) in the wrong place. The fix was to move it to the right place in the project file and then, ultimately, to the xcconfig file (where it should have been in the first place—my fault for not putting it there in the original change).

So, it's all fixed now.
