New toolbar icons proposal

I like the idea, but personally, I think the execution could use a little tweaking in some places. For example, the Chat Log Viewer icon looks exactly like the Time Machine icon; new users could mistake it for the real thing, and thus expect it to act like it too, or neglect the feature entirely because they know they don't have Time Machine set up. There are a couple other cases too; I'm willing to contribute some of my own designs and ideas if you guys want.
