New toolbar icons proposal

I do like many of these but they are stylistically different than what we have now, and unfortunately would probably not mix well with existing icons. If we had a total conversion, and had the opportunity to discuss the design of each icon, I would be more open to it.

I'm somewhat surprised we don't have an Xtras category for toolbar icon packs, but I can almost guarantee a ticket for that exists without having to look it up.
