No, because you can only set icons per state, not per status, and the  
Available and iTunes predefined statuses have the same state (the  
Available state).

If you want to write a patch to add a special iTunes state, this is  
the list to discuss that on. Otherwise, you're asking a user question,  
so this thread should go to feedback at adium.im.
