Chat Transcript Viewer search broken?

I'm attempting to search through some chat transcripts. It doesn't seem 
to be working.

I bring up the Chat Transcript View window. Click the manifying glass, 
select Content.

No matter what I search for I always get blank (no) results.

Here is a sanitized view of the Chat Transcript.

I've orange-boxed the word I'd like to search, norrath. Below is the 
search result (or lack of results)
