Mailman is a huge pain in the ass. It's about 2 decades old and
difficult to manage. That being said: yes, there is a moderator queue,
but I'm not sure how often it will be checked.

SpamAssassin is set to a pretty low tolerance level; I'm not sure what
else to do.
