For nightlies, I'm OK with shipping debug symbols in the app, so that  
we don't need to symbolicate. As far as I'm concerned, symbols—whether  
we put them in the app or add them post-hoc with the Symbolicator—are  
not optional: I'd like to be able to kill crashers while they're still  
only in nightlies, before they even make it into a beta.

For general releases (and betas), all you need to do is download the  
dSYM-bundles archive for the release (or beta), unpack it, and leave  
it somewhere. Then, when you receive a crash log, pipe the crash log  
through the Symbolicator. I've done this—it's not hard.
