	Not implying in any way that you in particular have any mischievous  
intentions, so many considerations instantly jump to mind regarding  
spamming, bandwidth usage, rate limiting, etc, etc, etc when thinking  
how a plug-in like this would work. Maybe if your server explicitly  
supports mass-messaging in such volumes (a custom XMPP  
installation?)... but I'd find it hard to believe 3rd party servers  
out there would, e.g. gtalk, yahoo, msn, aim, etc.

	That being said, forgive me if I'm spamming here myself, those are  
just the 2 cents of an otherwise lurker ;-)
