Configuration dialog for contact list sort controllers

My impression was that the sort controller architecture took care of
that.  In my understanding of the situation, all of the sort
controllers share a single menu item in the View menu.  The text of
the menu item and the NSView that's dropped into the configuration
window are chosen on the fly based on the active sort controller.

If you're right, though, and I need to set the target and action by
hand, that would certainly explain a lot.  I'll look into it.
