dSYM status report and proposal

Adium dSYMs are waiting on Libpurple dSYMs. With the dSYM changes, the  
strip phase will strip the Libpurple symbols as well, making Libpurple  
frames in a crash log useless without a dSYM bundle to look addresses  
up against.

In the above, “Libpurple” includes all the dependent libraries,  
such as glib.

I would like to have dSYM bundles in place for 1.4, although,  
obviously, it's not required.
