You still need a sync protocol. Or are you proposing to use Bonjour FT  
to do it?

Whatever way we do it, I think the mobile end should initiate the  
sync. After all, the user is going to have to be in Mobile Adium for  
the sync to work, anyway—if they have to hit the sync button in Mobile  
Adium, that prevents them from forgetting that they're still on the  
Home screen and wondering why Mac Adium's Sync button is disabled.
