I think it's implicit that everyone talking about working on this has  
an iPhone.  We should almost certainly target 2.2, btw.

Cart before the horse.  We don't need an account at this point. Adium  
will get an account when it's the right time.  Developers don't need  
to donate money.

Again, I think this is planning at a level which is not appropriate  
for the current stage of things.  Why should we talk about array  
controllers or data sources or table views when we don't have a design  
in mind? Yes, of course we'll use custom UITableViewCell objects...
