I think equally as important is if this is going to be a free app or a  
paid app.  If it is a paid app, how is the payment structure going to  
exist?  In other words, who gets paid what amount and when?  Will this  
be an official business account?  If so, does Adium have an official  
business charter?  If not, do we want to use any of the existing  
developers businesses to register the account?  For example, I  
currently own my own S-Corp and could sponsor this project according  
to Apple licensing terms.  These are just some important points to  
keep on the back-burner until a future date.
