Hi all,
Speaking as an Adium user (and possible Adium for iPhone contributor):
I don't carry my mac laptop with me all the time.
I already use Adium to organize my contacts / chat with them etc. on my
desktop Mac.
To me it would mean I when I was away from my Mac and had my iPod Touch in
hand (and some WiFi :) ); I would be able to seamlessly communicate with my
Adium contacts.
To the best of my knowledge, none of the other IM offerings for the iPhone
out there currently have as strong a desktop client base as Adium does. I
think that's one of the biggest reasons for possibly starting this project.
Thanks,
George.
