Indicating mentions

I need your input.

Some of you know I've been updating the bundled styles with topics and
mention/focus indicators. I'm trying to make indicators that are not
only stylistically integrated, but also that aren't implemented the
same way on each style. The goal is merely to provide the basic
functionality (in a style-sensitive way) for those users that want to
use the styles in the context where the functionality is important.
Stated negatively, it does not try to make a style not-suck at
groupchat even though it does add groupchat functionality. :)

I've tried to change as little as possible in the existing css/html,
adding only the bits needed for the added functionality - I'm trying
to avoid message style regressions. However, some things bothered me
enough that small tweaks were made here or there. All of the styles
are woefully in need of a complete rewrite, but I'm targeting that for
1.5.

I've attached the latest version of Stockholm, which is also available
in my repo (http://hg.adium.im/xtras/mathuaerknedam). It's not quite
finished, but it should be pretty close.

The regular and alternating variants have two different treatments for
mentions. The regular one is my favorite, and the one I originally
came up with. The alternating variants have a different style because
one of my early testers was bothered by the fact that the foreground
and background of the sender/time bar changed.

I'm intentionally NOT posting screenshots because I want input from
people who have actually used the style. Screenshots are often
deceptive. Please try them and let me know which you prefer.

I'll be offline for most of the rest of the week, but I'll respond to
any questions and comments when I return.
