Please help, how to build the libpurple framework?

There are new dependency build scripts in /Dependencies -- if you  
update anything for the old scripts, please see if you can work out  
how to change them in the new scripts as well.

Right now they're set up to build 32/64-bit universal, but I think we  
can probably switch them to 32-bit only for now. The remaining changes  
that are required are

- figure out how to utilize pkgconfig so that dependencies from /opt  
don't get in our way
- work out how to compile in new stuff like gstreamer, sipe, gfire
- actually package up a framework
