Please help, how to build the libpurple framework?

Could you tell me how to resolve the libmeanwhile issue? I tried to  
make a directory named "libmeanwhile-1" in Utilities/dep-build-scripts/ 
build/universal/include/ which eliminates the error message but the  
frameworks generated still wouldn't work.
