Ok well that's different. However, Alangh claimed:

We should investigate this. Alan, do you know the specifics of how  
this gets around the apparent decision by the Spotlight UI to not show  
things in ~/Library?

(I wish they would omit ARM binaries... I don't think I've ever wanted  
to open MobileSafari in the Simulator from the Spotlight menu...)
