I've just added a new mod, canned responses, from our friendly pidgin folks.

Right now there's two blatantly-stolen-from-pidgin canned responses:

backtrace = new,pending -> pending
backtrace.comment = Please follow [wiki:ObtainingACrashReportManually
the instructions] to get a crash report and attach it to this ticket.
backtrace.name = get a backtrace
backtrace.permissions = TICKET_MODIFY
debuglog = new,pending -> pending
debuglog.comment = Please follow [wiki:CurrentAdiumDebug the
instructions] to get a debug log and attach it to this ticket.
debuglog.default = 1
debuglog.name = get a debug log
debuglog.permissions = TICKET_MODIFY

backtrace says "get a backtrace" and sets it as pending.
debuglog says "get a debug log" and sets it as pending.

Suggestions for others?
