For the record (even though Colin got it; these paths are all the same for SSH):

adiumx.com is in hg.adiumx.com/www/adiumx.com
adiumxtras.com is in hg.adiumx.com/www/adiumxtras.com
hg.adiumx.com [templates, atm] is in hg.adiumx.com/www/hg.adiumx.com

These are live checkouts of the website, with hooks to update the
actual copy. Be aware that the hook is "hg pull && hg update -C" --
any working changes you have get removed; do not edit the websites
outside of version control. It's okay to test, but don't assume
changes made through SFTP will be kept beyond a small period of time.

The beta page has only a few things:
1) edit the array at the top
2) create the htmlfrag in the changelog folder for that particular version

After that, it'll show up (including the contents of the htmlfrag) at
beta.adiumx.com.
