This will be working as soon as some more DNS changes occur. I wrote a
simple Perl wrapper to handle this (I don't think Buildbot's web
service can run through Apache?).

I also had to change it to email -devl on build failures.
Unfortunately, with hg, we can't guarantee valid emails, nor an email
at all for a user. More incentive to fix a build I guess. :)
