[Adium-devl] SVN is now dead

I just updated buildbot — nightlies once again build, and are 1.4hg!
Hoorah. Going to push a build calling itself svn r99999, so it'll
upgrade to hg, and everything should be good in the nightly
department.

Going to configure the "trunk"/"branch" later. Easy to convert SVN to
Mercurial commands in its cfg script, just need to set up the buildbot
hooks (thanks Colin for almost finishing this).

As an update: trac now has svn disabled. 0.10 is just incapable of
really truly hosting a mercurial repo, so when 0.11 rolls around on
the new server we should be able to adequately set it up (and support
multiple repos!).
