[Adium-devl] libpurple API use issue

	The createListFromDictionary function in Adium (SLPurpleCocoaAdapter: 
1181) converts an NSDictionary to a GList of attributes. For XMPP that  
includes a priority attribute, with the default value of 0. That, in  
turn, fails this test: if (value) { and results in us logging error  
messages (both AILog and an assertion failure from inside libpurple  
afaict). Ideas on what the correct fix is here?
