I think we should definitely prioritize newcomers; it sounds like it's  
been a great experience in the past, and we should spread the love  
around as much as it makes sense to do so.  I'd also like the  
experiences gained to be fruitfully applied to our future: Augie and  
Matt, are you willing to be mentors next summer?
