Felipe has, indeed, been extremely responsive. It sounds like he's the  
only person working on pecan; that limits the speed of its  
advancement, but also shows dedication on Felipe's part.

In the near term, P15 has features our users want. In the long term,  
it seems like pecan will be better-maintained. So the obvious solution  
is to switch to P15 in the near term and back to pecan in the long term.
