[Adium-devl] 1.3.1b1

As I had mentioned before, the release was to have been this past Sun  
or Mon until the additional issues sprung up.  Now that Felipe has the  
security patch taken care of we're just waiting on the contact  
visibility issue.  Once that's in (as I sad last night) we'll push b2  
as rc1 with the release soon after barring any major regressions.
