If we can find a fix before b2 is pushed, I would say we go for it,  
but since we do not have a fix ready yet and 1.3.1 fixes a lot other  
issues, let's wait for 1.3.2.

I would say those should be trunk only and never hit branch,  
personally. None of those are serious bugs or regressions.
