Alright, here's where we stand.  Over the weekend we were contacted  
about a security vulnerability that has been published by the Zero Day  
Initiative.  Evan and I have been in contact with Felipe about a fix  
and he says he has a patch that should work but has not yet had a  
chance to apply it to the pecan repo.  I think it's important that we  
not release 1.3.1 until this fix is in place.

David is still working on the contact visibility bug.  That's a pretty  
big one as well so I don't think it will hurt us to wait a little  
longer for that fix as well.  If anyone is looking to help with it let  
him know.

Otherwise I think we'll be good to go once we get these last two fixes  
in.  Once they're committed, we'll roll a b2 which will serve as rc1.   
If things look good at that point we'll roll out 1.3.1 final soon after.
