Yes, it's fully up. You have to go to the object's definition from the
file, or else you'll end up with non-object-specific documentation.

I.E., http://trac.adiumx.com/doxygen/_a_i_chat_8h.html is the file reference,
http://trac.adiumx.com/doxygen/interface_a_i_chat.html is the class reference.
