Hey everyone,

here are the major purposes of a re-design/update of the Adium site  
that I see and that had originally motivated me to create a dedicated  
wiki entry:

1.  We can do a better job of boasting Adium's rich features
If you compare our site to that of Proteus which has seen very little  
development in recent times and which trails Adium by lengths, you  
see what I mean. The way Adium is currently presented on our page  
gives little indication of the fact that it's the best IM client for  
the Mac (at least in my book!).

2. It would be a good idea if we separated the "Support" and  
"Development" sections
I think having the two together is something that confuses and  
frightens off users a good deal. In most cases, users that need help  
with issues don't want to know all the insider stuff.
Furthermore, when we have a separate "Development" section, we could  
give pages like ContributingToAdium more emphasis and presence.
